The building is a copy of Kuisma Kuzmin's house that was formerly on the same place. Only the parts of the house that were originally meant for storages and sheds are turned to space for concerts and other events. The concert hall is constructed by Juminkeko foundation and Ortjo Stepanov foundation with the help of multiple donors and through a number of projects.

There are also space for accomodation and eating in the Concert hall.
